Godrej Projects Development Limited (“Developer”) is developing a plotted projects namely “Evora Estate A” and “Evora Estate B” (“hereinafter referred to as Project/ Evora Estate”) on the land admeasuring 19.80 acres and 23.7562 acres respectively , situated at Sector 40, Panipat, Haryana (“ hereinafter referred to as “said Property ”). That, out of 19.80 acres, 2 acres has been de-licensed. Also, out of Project, an area admeasuring 1.0645 acres has been gifted to DTCP and Gram Panchayat for land falling under 18/24 m road. Additionally, an area admeasuring 0.10 acres is to be gifted to DTCP for land falling under 24 m road. Therefore, the land remaining after deduction of delicensing and gift is 42.3916 acres (hereinafter referred to as “Project Land”). That, the DTCP has approved the layout plan vide drawing No. DTCP-11567 dated 29.10.2025 and the demarcation-cum-zoning plan vide drawing No. 11646 dated 26.11.2025 for the land admeasuring 19.80 acres and layout plan vide drawing No. DTCP-11580 dated 31.10.2025 and the layout-cum-demarcation plan and demarcation-cum-zoning plan vide drawings No. 11647 dated 26.11.2025 and No. 11648 dated 26.11.2025 respectively for land admeasuring 23.7562 acres. The Project is registered with Haryana Real Estate Regulatory Authority, Panchkula (“HRERA”) bearing Registration No. HRERA-PKL-PNP-808-2025 dated 08.12.2025 (Evora Estate A) and HRERA-PKL-PNP-807-2025 dated 08.12.2025 (Evora Estate B), (website: Haryana Real Estate Regulatory Authority (haryanarera.gov.in)). The terms of allotment/sale shall be subject to (a) application form, allotment letter, agreement for sale and/or conveyance deed; (b) building plan and other approvals; and (c) completion certificate(s). Zoning and demarcation plan are subject to change and revision.
