^5% is the application money (Forms part of booking amount), 5% of cost of property with 30 days from the date of booking, another 10% within 60 days from the date of booking, 20% of cost of the property on the completion of 5th floor, 20% of cost of the property on the completion of 20th floor, 20% of cost of the property on the completion of superstructure, 10% of cost of the property on the completion of flooring (except wooden flooring) and remaining 10% of cost of the property on intimation of possession.
