The Projects are registered with Maha RERA bearing Registration Numbers PR1171012501309 (Godrej Trilogy Seafront), PR1171012501267 (Godrej Trilogy SEATURF) all available on MahaRERA website (https:// maharera.mahaonline.gov.in). Embellish Houses LLP and Akshay Sthapatya Private Limited have been registered as Promoters under RERA since both are jointly developing the project. Godrej Properties Limited is a partner in Embellish Houses LLP. The Letter of Intent (LOI) dated 23rd July 2025 bearing No. SRA/ENG/317/GS/ML/LOI has been issued by Slum Rehabilitation Authority in favour of Akshay Sthapatya Pvt. Ltd. The sales office is situated on Plot Bearing C.S. Nos. 47 (part) and 16/47 (part) in Lower Parel Division, Ward G South, Mumbai City, 400018 and registered office of Embellish Houses LLP is situated at Godrej One, 5th floor, Pirojshanagar, Eastern Express Highway, Vikhroli (East), Mumbai 400 079. The sale is subject to terms of Application Form and the Agreement for Sale. All specifications of the unit shall be as per the final agreement between the Parties. Recipients are advised to apprise themselves of the necessary and relevant information of the project/offer prior to making any purchase decisions. However, current approvals are limited to a maximum height of 120 meters i.e., up to the 31 floors, due to the pending High Rise Committee (HRC) No Objection Certificate (NOC). The Promoters shall ensure that all requisite approvals, including those from the HRC, are duly obtained to support any enhancements.
