Current Status & Milestones

• The Samruddhi Expressway is fully complete and operational since June 2025.
• The final leg, between Igatpuri and Amane, was inaugurated on 5 June 2025, officially connecting the Mumbai Metropolitan Region with Nagpur via this greenfield highway.
• While the highway is complete, some supporting work remains, crash barriers, final landscaping, and roadside amenities are being wrapped up.
• Access points from Mumbai are still under development: for example, the Vadpe interchange, which will improve connectivity to the expressway from the Mumbai / Thane region, is expected to be completed later.
