MCGM Property Tax: How to View Property Tax Mumbai Bill on the MCGM Website?

  • Visit MCGM Portal: Go to the MCGM portal for property tax payment at portal.mcgm.gov.in.

  4. When you select "Property Tax" from the section labelled "Pay", the website will take you to a different page.
  5. Enter your 'Property Account Number'. You can find yours on prior property tax receipts. Once you enter the same, complete the captcha and click "Login".
  6. If you are a first-timer and do not have the Property Account Number, select "Search" from the menu that appears after "KYC Non-Reg. User" and "Login".
  7. The website also enables the online computation of BMC property taxes. Enter the Know Your Customer (KYC) information after logging in, if you haven't done so already.
  8. After entering the property account number, select the "Make payment" option.
  9. Enter all necessary bank information to pay the MCGM property tax amount.
