Step-by-Step Workflow
- Booking: 5% of the Agreement Value is paid as the booking amount.

This payment plan is based on a 2 BHK unit (844 sq.ft.) with a Total Agreement Value of ₹1,65,48,330 and a Total Cost to Customer of ₹1,75,83,831 (including GST). The 1% monthly payment of ₹1,73,757 applies from July 2026 through February 2027 (8 months). A 21% construction milestone of ₹36,48,907 is payable on or before 5 March 2027. Monthly 1% payments of ₹1,73,757 resume from April 2027 through September 2027 (6 months). On receipt of Occupation Certificate, 35% of AV + GST (₹60,81,511) is due, followed by 10% of AV + GST (₹17,37,575) on notice of possession. An additional 7.6% towards Stamp Duty and Registration (SDR) is payable at the time of possession. Advance Maintenance and Sinking Fund Charges of ₹2,08,085 are payable separately. All amounts are inclusive of 5% GST on the Agreement Value component.
