R.K. Films, formed in 1948 by Raj Kapoor, became the city's landmark, long before Chembur became habitable. It drew tourists and locals to its iconic gates for the evergreen movies that were shot inside and for the stories around the man who built it. Even today, RK Studios is much more than a piece of land; it's a part of the city's history who’s great legacy still stands in our hearts.

Working in a highly collaborative environment, its team of 60 people combines distinct strengths over multiple domains to shape master plans, buildings, interiors and related endeavors, which are at the cutting edge of design thinking. Studio Lotus follows an iterative and incremental methodology of innovation and roots its learning in history and local context. It aims to craft solutions that are benchmarks of sustainable design in the way they address society’s changing ways of living and working.
Currently marking its sixteenth year, Studio Lotus has close to a 100 awards in India and internationally. Some of its key recognitions include World Holiday Building of the Year at World Architecture Festival Barcelona and World Architecture News Awards.

The project comprises of 3 wings and 14 floors out of which Wing B may be increased to the 15th floor, subject to the receipt of the necessary approvals. The project is being developed by Godrej Projects Development Limited.
The Sale is subject to terms of Application Form and Agreement for Sale. All specifications of the unit shall be as per the final agreement between the Parties. Recipients are advised to apprise themselves of the necessary and relevant information of the project prior to making any purchase decisions. *25-75 Payment Plan : This shall mean the construction linked payment plan whereby the customer has to pay 5% of the Agreement Value at the time of booking. The next 5% of the Agreement Value has to be paid in 21 days from booking. The customer has to then execute the Agreement for Sale by making payment towards the stamp duty and registration charges within 30 days of the Booking. The customer then has to pay 15% of the Agreement Value within 60 days of the booking or on achieving the milestones as per the Agreement for Sale, whichever is later. The balance 75% of Agreement Value is to be paid on application for OC.
^For Godrej RKS, this benefit will be applicable wherein the Developer will provide discount on the total sale consideration as mentioned in cost sheet at the time of booking. The amount of discount will vary based on the typology and total sale consideration amount.
