The Project “Verdania Estate” is registered with Madhya Pradesh Real Estate Regulatory Authority (MPRERA) bearing Registration No. P-SWR-25-5891 available on MPRERA website (https://www.rera.mp.gov.in/). The Developer of Project is Godrej Projects Development Limited. The sales office of the Project is at Godrej Properties, 107B - 108B, (Ground Floor), Brilliant Titanium, Scheme No. 78, Part 2, Vijay Nagar, Indore 452010 and registered office of Developer is Godrej One, 5th Floor, Pirojshahnagar, Eastern Express Highway, Vikhroli (East), Mumbai, Maharashtra- 400079. The Developer has obtained the layout approval along with sanctioned plan for the Project from the offices of the Joint Director, Town and Country Panning, Indore vide approval date 09.04.2025 bearing no. INDLP28032511945. The Collector Office, Indore has granted the development permission with respect to the said Project vide approval dated 05.05.2025 bearing permit no. 140/2025. The Collector Office, Indore has also granted onto the Developer a colonizer license bearing registration no. 125/2024 dated 26.11.2024. The Agreement Value may vary basis the actual unit selected. ^10:20:70 payment plan shall mean Construction Link Payment Plan, whereby the Customer has to pay 10% as Booking Amount. Then Customer has to execute the AFS by making payment of Stamp Duty and Registration Charges within 30 days of paying the booking amount. Thereafter, the Customer has to pay next 20% of Agreement Value on completion of milestones viz. ‘After Survey, Levelling & Demarcation of Plots & Amenities’ – 10% of Agreement Value and ‘After Completion of Sewerage and Related Infrastructure’ – 10% of Agreement Value or before 1st Mar 2026, whichever is later. The next 55% is due on Receipt of Completion Certificate and prior milestones completion as approved by MP-RERA. The next 10% is due on the ‘Completion of Committed Facilities and Amenities’ and the balance 5% on ‘At the time of possession and registration of sale deed’.
