The allottee shall pay 10% of the Agreement Value at the time of booking. Subsequently, the allottee shall execute the Agreement for Sale with the Developer by paying applicable stamp duty and registration charges within 90 days of booking, following which an additional 10% of the Agreement Value shall be payable. Thereafter, for Phase 1, 1% of the Agreement Value per month shall be payable until the terrace slab is completed, upon which 31% shall be payable. For Phase 2, the payment of 1% per month shall then continue until the terrace slab of Phase 2 is completed upon which 2% of the Agreement Value shall be payable. For Phase 2, an additional payment of 20% is also due on 5th March 2028.
