Post completion of the said moratorium period, the Borrower will have to pay the regular EMI. The eligibility of the customer to avail the said Scheme shall be based upon credit profile, cost of property, income of customer & such other terms & conditions at the sole discretion of the Lender. The Scheme is available only for Indian Salaried residents and not for NRIs. The Developer is merely facilitating financing options of the said Scheme for the customers, without any obligation or responsibility towards the funding or the loan eligibility/disbursement. Recipients are advised to apprise themselves of the necessary and relevant information of the Project and the Scheme-related documents, prior to taking any decisions.
