The Sale is subject to terms of Application Form and the Agreement for Sale. All specifications of the unit shall be as per the final agreement between the Parties. Basis sole discretion of the developer. ^This offer is applicable only when the Customer chooses to avail financing with respect to the balance Agreement Value under the Pre-EMI scheme (“Scheme”) by Godrej Housing Finance Limited (“Lender”). The Customers availing the Scheme shall not be required to pay Pre-EMI for a period of 12 (twelve) months from date of first disbursal and a Fixed EMI for next 24 (twenty four) months from date of loan amount disbursement. Post completion of the said moratorium period, the Borrower will have to pay the regular EMI. The eligibility of the customer to avail the said Scheme shall be based upon credit profile, cost of property, income of customer & such other terms & conditions at the sole discretion of the Lender. The Scheme is available only for Indian Salaried residents and not for NRIs. The Developer is merely facilitating financing options of the said Scheme for the customers, without any obligation or responsibility towards the funding or the loan eligibility/disbursement. Recipients are advised to apprise themselves of the necessary and relevant information of the Project and the Scheme-related documents, prior to taking any decisions. The decision to extend the Scheme is at the Lender's discretion. The views may vary basis the actual unit selected.
