Within 45 days of booking, the customer shall execute the Agreement for Sale with the Developer by paying applicable stamp duty and registration charges, following which an additional 10% of the Agreement Value shall be payable. Thereafter, 1% of the Agreement Value shall be payable on a monthly basis as per the payment schedule. The next 20% of the Agreement Value shall be payable on 5th March 2027 or on completion of blockwork and walls, whichever is later. The 1% monthly payments shall continue thereafter until application of Occupancy Certificate when 36% of the Agreement Value is due and the final 10% shall be payable on intimation of possession. Offer valid till 31st May 2026 on select inventory and is subject to withdrawal or change at the sole discretion of the Developer. *Indicative agreement value which excludes Stamp Duty, Registration Charges, GST & Other Applicable Charges.
