It is situated on the old Mumbai-Pune highway in Shivaji Nagar next to Shoppers' Stop. Designed by Ratan Batliboi Architects, the construction is being managed by Semb Corp Infrastructure. There are 7 floors of commercial space comprising of both showroom and office space with each floor being tailor-made to suit the requirements of IT companies. The basement along with the floor above is meant exclusively for parking. The building has been designed with power load provisions. The flat slab construction pattern makes for high ceilings.

The development consists of A, B & C wings, where A & C are certified private IT parks and B is retail development. A new floor on the already constructed C wing is being developed currently.
